Oooh WOW look at this competition from Sky:
https://rewards.sky.com/skyloyalty/home/competitions/hit-and-miss-competition/index.html
If you’re from the UK and have Sky, have nothing to do on May 15…then why not enter the competition to get an exclusive preview of the first episode of Hit & Miss and watch it with some of the cast (will that be Jonas Armstrong?! to be fair dunno yet lol)and with Paul Abbott! (ask him about Twenty8K while you’re there then
). Good Luck!
@skyatlantic just read this #hitandmiss screening competition. Will Jonas Armstrong be ‘some of the cast’ too? =)
- Have to be UK resident! (there goes my chance lol)
- Be 18 ! (don’t fake it they need proof)
- Competition closes on May 8 at 10.am
- Have to make your own way to London (The May Fair Hotel) on May 15
UPDATE 26/04: In case you miss out on winning don’t worry! I asked Sky if they’d be so kind to do a live tweet report and this is their answer
Sky Atlantic HD @skyatlantic
@Nikki_081 yes, we will be live tweeting from the Q&A.
Great news, as this way everyone will feel included
So hold on to your smartphone , iPhone, iPad, PC etc…on May 15 in the evening (precise time to be announced) & follow it all on twitter as it happens.
Not fair! ;(
Haha I know pfft…oh well I do understand somewhat why only UK but it still annoying lol. London is only 3hrs away from where I live
All we non-UK fans and UK non-winners can do is ask Sky to report on that event by live tweets (the Q&A) and post some pics. I do hope with the whole series launch – screening they will invite people of the press to ask the questions and thus publish their transcripts online etc. It’d make no sense if the whole thing was a ‘private affair’
The live tweeting is cool; I’d rather see a video of it (even just on the DVD’s, when they get released), but it’s good of them to tweet it.
I hope it will involve some sort of pics to go with it lol. Didn’t push sky too much on topic of having a full on video conference thing. But why not? Could be they do film it and put it on the site…would be lovely if they do
After all , the whole event is set up to promote-launch the series so the more publicity goes out, the better right?
That’s what I’m sayin’!
Has nothing AT. ALL. to do with just me wanting to watch it… *whistles innocently* lol!
Hahah
yes well who wouldn’t? lol =D This is the biggest promotional thing Jonas has been involved in since Robin Hood!
Well, here’s hoping, anyway!
Let’s hope he attends the event and isn’t ill or something else preventing him from going. I’m interested in what Paul Abbott & Chloe have to say but of course I’m not gonna lie that my focus will be on Jonas and what his thoughts are about the project.
Well, yeah, anything will be interesting to hear/read/etc…. but we -do- have our priorities, lol.
