Noticed lots and I mean LOTS of you have been wondering if Hit and Miss will continue next year with a second series.
Truth is no one knows yet as it’s up to Sky Atlantic to make the final decision. We all know this was one fantastic series, with amazing acting talent and script. So if you agree, and like myself would really want to see Mia (Chloë Sevigny), Ben (Jonas Armstrong) and the fabulous kids return for a second season: let Sky & AbbottVision know! 
UPDATE 2013 : Sky decided not to renew the show back in the autumn of 2012. This said it would be fantastic if you could let @AbbottVision & @SkyAtlantic know how much you enjoyed the series and would like to see a second one!
Hit & Miss has been a huge hit all across the world as more and more countries get to see the show, and I frankly think Sky are kicking themselves now as they said no too soon.

Chloe Sevigny hated filming the show here and hated Manchester so I seriously doubt she would ever want to come back here to film another 6 part series

I know but she has since backtracked A LOT and said it was taken out of context. And in more recent interviews in UK press and video interviews: she really didn’t find it so miserable after all
So keep fingers crossed for that second season!

Such great acting all round and a story line to make you fall of your comfy vintage fluffy arm chair either laughing your silly head off or profoundly crying into your best scotch malt whisky… Please bring more overwhelming happiness back into our life’s again and screen a 2nd Season
Love. Love this series. Very addictive. If you had told me the storyline , I would not have thought I would be as excited to see it each week but the parts are played so well by the actors you believe for that moment it is a real family. Love and compassion is reflected in this show and hopefully more and more people will watch and be touched. Please have a season 2.

Come on, we need HIT AND MISS series 2 please!!! you‘ve got a lot of fans, We do like the story, the lens, the actors, the view ,and the background music! It’s so British! Chloe Sevigny did a fantastic acting in series 1! This series is kind of artistic things, love it!
A 2nd series please.I was lived in the area and the wild moorland scenes brought back fond memories.
My husband and I can hardly wait to learn the fate of Mia and her kids. Really hoping there is more to the story.

This is, hands down the best show on television. By just happenstance I came across it on Direct TV. I was blown away by the characters, the acting, the direction, photography… As a screenwriter, I can appreciate good, well developed stories. I can’t believe this will not be picked up for a second season. Flabbergasted. I tell everyone I can about this show.
This has been the best series in years. I can’t believe they’re even considering not bringing us a second series!!! Come on SkyAtlantic Sevigny is a revelation in this role and the other actors, including the very sexy Jonas Armstrong were brilliant. Please, please give us more.
Chloe Sevigny as Mia in “Hit & Miss” absolutely blew my mind. The series was so original, so addictive, it had me panting for every episode. And Chloe was just…..mesmerising! The rest of the cast gelled together very well too. This series was so unusual, it’s become a legend. Please make a series 2, I need my Mia fix…..!!!
Sorry guys its been confirmed. no season 2. on the upside this show didn’t get dragged out. its short and sweet and effective on its own. i have to agree its one of the best tv shows i have seen.
This is incredible for once we had something worth watching, with great acting, great filming and great dialogue , why, we want more of it , this is the best for a long time
