Today a new film project has been announced by Warner Bros. starring Jonas Armstrong as ‘Skinner’. 
It’s a new Sci-Fi blockbuster directed by Doug Liman who also directed ‘The Bourne Identity’ and is a producer on one of my favorite TV shows at the moment: ‘Covert Affairs’! Oh and the movie also stars Emily Blunt & Bill Paxton…and Tom Cruise (I’m not exactly one of his biggest fans 
)
Shooting has begun today at the ‘Harry Potter—’ sorry ‘Warner Bros. Studios’ at Leavesden in London. A release date has already been set for March 2014!

Agreed about Tom Cruise, but I -am- hugely excited for Jonas getting this part.
For one thing, what a career boost! And also, with Twenty8k not out over here (hoping my DVD gets here soon!! 
) and Walking With the Enemy… somewhere in the ether… I’m selfishly pleased that I can finally go to see him on the big screen. 
I too could live without Tom Cruise, but his name behind the film will be really good for its popularity and that in turn will be good for Jonas. I can’t wait! I’m also selfishly pleased that I can see him on the big screen…..sigh.
I know it’s great for his career for sure!
That said about Tom Cruise: I did enjoy the M.I films but mostly due to the ingenious J.J. Abrams and the comic relief by Simon Pegg lol
