jonas t4 icon Would like to announce today the launch of the Blog’s very own YouTube channel! 

You’ll see the videos have been uploaded last week, and with some tweaks have now been fully approved so am now able to share these with you. :D

You’ll see playlists for Hit & Miss, Twenty8k and Trailers archive (2010 – 2012). With time the idea is to keep adding videos related to each of the three upcoming projects Jonas has worked on. (The Whale, Walking with the Enemy, All You Need is Kill). So every time a project releases a trailer or there’s an interview, you’ll be able to find it on the channel. (if respective owners approve)

hit-and-miss-icon Very good news for all fans of Jonas Armstrong & Chloë Sevigny in German speaking countries, as the DVD & Blu-Ray of Paul Abbott’s TV series Hit and Miss will be released on the 4th of June! :D

No news as yet on a Benelux one I’m afraid, but then we always have to wait ages…will keep checking though.

The creators of Hit and Miss have a new exciting project in the pipeline called ‘No Offense’. A new eight-part comedy drama for Channel 4 with a brand new take on the police station environment and fighting crime in Manchester. Please check out the press release as it sounds truly fantastic! :D Got a feeling the cops and other characters will be even bolder than the formidable ‘Gene Hunt’ from Ashes to Ashes and Life on Mars ;)

hit-and-miss-icon Great news for all German Jonas Armstrong & Chloë Sevigny fans as the series Hit and Miss will start to air in Germany on Tuesday the 14th of May! :D

Hit and Miss will be televised on RTL Crime at 20.15 pm.

And with added bonus RTL made a Hit & Miss minisite for you all to enjoy including synopsis, stills and character info.

hit-and-miss-icon So according to my stats you lot have viewed the Soundtrack song list for Hit and Miss over 30.000 times since last year! :D

AbbottVision is doing some Q & A days over on twitter so if you’ve any questions about either Hit & Miss,Twenty8k or any of their other fabulous projects just tweet your questions to @AbbottVision with the #abquestions and they’ll reply to every single one! :D

As I still get lots of messages and queries about the soundtrack (Where can we download it? Is it availbale on iTunes? Where to find the instrumental score?) I asked them today and AbbottVision will kindly look into how to provide the score from Dickon Hinchliffe! hit-and-miss-icon Fans of Jonas Armstrong and Chloë Sevigny in The Netherlands: rejoice as HBO NL will air the first episode of Paul Abbott’s Hit and Miss next Thursday the 18th of April at 21.00pm on HBO2! :D

 

HBO even made a great minisite: http://www.itshbo.nl/series/hit-and-miss which is far better than what the Belgian channel Acht has done. (sadly almost no promotion at all)

I even found some never seen before stills which I’ve added to the gallery as some non Dutch speakers might find it tricky to navigate through the flash site.

Belgian fans don’t forget Hit & Miss is currently airing on digital TV channel ACHT every Thursday at 21.30 pm and is repeated every Sunday at 17.55 pm.

Will keep a close eye on a possible BeNeLux DVD release as can’t imagine we won’t get one after France got theirs! ;)

december 2012 icon Hope you all had a lovely weekend celebrating Easter or not…and had lots of chocolate to eat! I know I did :P

So Spring you say? Really?! Haven’t noticed myself with those freezing temperatures and cloudy grey skies, oh and more snow is forecast too. *Facepalm* Anyhow April has arrived so another wallpaper was needed and since Hit & Miss is in full swing in more countries around Europe besides Belgium (YAY :D ), thought I might use it as the theme of the month.

hit-and-miss-icon I can’t tell you guys enough how excited I am that the awesome award winning series Hit and Miss starring Jonas Armstrong and Chloë Sevigny will be shown in Belgium next week! :D YAY!!

Belgian fans will know that Digital TV channel ACHT have aired the BBC TV series Robin Hood (more than once ;) ) so they’ll be more than familiar with the fantastic acting talents of Jonas Armstrong! :) As if I really need to push you to watch it?! LOL :P

Also nominated in this year’s BAFTA Crafts awards is Julie Gearey who’s the writer of Prisoner’s Wives! :)

So two projects Jonas Armstrong has worked on got nominated this year, let’s hope they both win! :D

hit-and-miss-icon The brilliant Hit and Miss is making a splash in France as it just started airing on Canal Plus. Previews and reviews of the series and its first episode have been very positive indeed! Lots of praise has been given to the talented cast (Chloë Sevigny as Mia) as well as how the plot is slowly being build up and the way it was filmed and directed.

Being Belgian and brought up bilingual (Dutch – French) helps of course immensely in order to follow it all up on how the series is doing in France and checking its impact on the audience. So I’ve decided to keep track of the online articles and post them here, as well as for all the many French Jonas Armstrong fans that visit the blog. J’ espère vraiment que vous allez adorer cette série culte! :D
